So today it was a nice, rainy, yucky day and we had our walk-through.
We had a survey done on the property, and our fence is encroaching on our neighbor's yard - so our realtor asked for an additional $200 to correct the issue. The seller's agreed! Woohoo!!! On not such great news - I royally screwed up the savings account transfer... I transferred the down payment from BOA to ING - when it should have been the other way around.
That's how sick I've been. I even double checked the transfer before submitting... so glad God did the timing the way he did - otherwise the transfer would have come later in the week and we would have missed our closing.
So off to take more Delsym I go. We close in 3 DAYS!!!!!
